Order cancellation

Want to cancel an order? You can send a cancellation notice to support@mail.avune.co. Include your order number and contact details so we can find your order. You don't need to wait for prior approval to submit a cancellation notice. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll review its status and process the cancellation in line with applicable law. If it has already shipped, we'll explain the available options and return process. Your right to cancel and any related statutory protections are determined by applicable law; our operational order-processing window does not limit them. Do not send payment card details or identity document numbers by email.
